The direct placement employees we provide are ones that will make a difference in your company's growth, operations and reputation. We register, screen, and test these candidates, who are usually recruited from other companies and highly skilled at their positions.
Our Recruiting Process
Step 1 · We work with you to understand your company, management, current search methods, and most importantly, the position you're looking to fill. In most cases, this involves assisting your management in crafting or refining a profile for the related job description.
Step 2 · We follow through with an extensive NEC Screening and Evaluation Process for potential candidates.
Step 3 · We present qualified candidates for you to interview according to the profile we developed together. References are checked at your direction.
Step 4 · You identify and select the best NEC Candidate(s). The final hiring decision rests with you
As a direct placement recruiter our services are provided on a contingency basis, meaning no recruiting service fee is required until a hire is made. After you have chosen a permanent employee to hire, you will have a period of 30 days to be completely satisfied with the employee. At this time, NEC is no longer responsible for replacing the employee or recruiting a new one.
