Payroll Aide

We know that business owners need to focus on their business as a whole, not the nitty-gritty. Payroll Aide is designed to lift the burden off you when it comes to details like payroll, benefits, and insurance.

How it works:

You shift over to NEC your payroll, income tax witholding, and employee benefits (i.e. unemployement and workers' comp) for some or all of your employees. At that point, we act as a contracting service, becoming the employer of record. Employees are still hired by you and work under your total control but cease to be classified as your employees. This greatly reduces record maintanence and administrative costs for your company.

Ideal for:

· Companies with only a few employees or for privately owned businesses.  Your company is no longer responsible for the cost of payroll checks, bank account fees, filing monthly and quarterly taxes and W-2 forms, or employing a person to create and maintain your payroll.

· Larger companies looking to cut their short-term employee costs. By contracting out portions of your payroll to NEC, you reduce administrative costs and gain the option of conducting a ninety-day probation period prior to permanant hire. That way, you minimize the number of employees eligible for company benefit programs and eliminate potentially needless expense.
