NEC Hiring Procedures

NEC Staffing Services has been succesfully pairing employers and employees since 1978, on both a temporary and a permanent basis. We know times are tough right now, and a lot of smart, talented people are out of work. Finding a job on your own can be costly and discouraging. We offer multi-media exposure in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area to many different types of businesses. Personal Refferals
Personal referrals from our temporary employees enable NEC to ensure quality applicants on a continuous basis. If you've got a referral, be sure to include it!

Screening
We like equal opportunity here (and it's the law!), so we cast a wide net when it comes to the types of jobs we offer employees. Every effort is made to match our qualified individuals with positions representative of their skills, so we screen all potential applicants.

Testing
Our clients have the option to review our testing systems, select specific evaluation tests, and/or request their own testing. Which means, you will most likely be tested before you can begin new employment.

Interviewing
NEC requires an individualized review with each applicant.  NEC Staffing works closely with our clientele, ensuring overall satisfaction.

Drug Screening/Physicals
All NEC employees are required to sign and adhere to our Drug Free Workplace Program.  Drug testing and physicals are available per our clients' request.

Portfolio
NEC will create an individual employee portfolio to include all of the above in part or full.
